Join Shadi Ramey for a 6 week journey into plant based foods. We will explore a plant based diet as a foundation for thriving and optimium health. Students will learn how to nourish themselves and loved ones by utilizing the power of plants. All classes wil be in the following format: lecture, open discussion and cooking demos. Topics Include: Plant Based Diet as Warrior Food, Fermenting, Canning, Nourishing and Nutritional Soups, Gluten free Vegan Paleo, etc.
